The aim of this Project was to research a US National Park, learn about its native plants or animal species, as well it’s attractions and create 2 posters related to the park highlighting attractions and its native plants or animal species. One poster needed to consist of the park's name, the other needed to be a representative map of the National park. All of the illustrations and assets were created by me based off of real images of the various places and plants found in Death Valley.
Death Valley

Death Valley National Park located in California. Death Valley is one of the Biggest US national parks outside of Alaska. This national park is about 3,422,024 acres containing nearly 1,000 miles of paved and dirt roads providing access to locations both popular and remote with the remaining 93% of the park being designated to protect its wilderness population. This park is interesting because despite what it’s name and harsh climate  suggests it is home to nearly 400 species of native wildlife, and has more than 1,000 described plant species.
